It's been more than a year when I had my first trail run along with my usual running group from takbo.ph in Sta Rosa Laguna. Hmmm, I remember the cardiac hill, the breathtaking view of Laguna mountains, the fresh air that has blown through us, the BJ, and the off-road dirt and rocky pathways which surprised us. It was fun and everybody enjoyed it absolutely thus I haven't had a chance to try it again.
I know how boring a road race can be (except for ultramarathon which i really love) and sometimes we are looking for more extreme and exciting race. This is it pancit!
Bikers and runners unite!, get ready to hit the dirt as Men’s Health brings you one of its most highly-anticipated events of the year—the Men’s Health All-Terrain Race. Now on its fifth year, this year’s Men’s Health All-Terrain Race will be held on June 5, 2011, Sunday, 5:00 A.M. at Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
This morning, I joined my fellow runners and we did the 5K trail test run while the hardcore bikers had their 20K bike ride to test the course. This was followed by a simple breakfast and media conference.
